Finally, we get some colder weather and favorable conditions; just in time for a couple of trips the Rolling Thunder team has planned west of the Mississippi. We've got a group headed to Oklahoma and a crew will be headed over to Arkansas for a few days. Things are looking promising for good weekend for the waterfowl community, in general. Ep 69 - Habitat Solutions w/ Shane Olson

In this episode, we are joined by Shane Olson of Habitat Solutions. Shane is a duck hunter and waterfowl property developer out of Oklahoma. We talked duck hunting, shifting flyways, beaver control and cooperation, and some about his approach in methodology for farming for ducks and land management. Shane founded Habitat Solutions in 2017 and focuses on developing recreational and hunting properties to create and rehabilitate the land to maximize its potential by converting acres of deprived farm and ranch land and converting that into habitat for native and migratory wildlife.
